Cheesecake [Bars]

Combine and press into bottom and up sides for a 9” springform pan (or a 9x9 Pyrex).

Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.

Pour over crust and bake 350 for 20 minutes, until set.

Mix together. Pour over baked cream cheese mixture.

Bake at 400 for 5-10 minutes, until set.

Best if it sits for 24 hours [in fridge].
