Grandma Bertha
DOUBLE this recipe for D's one bowl chocolate cake :)
Melt butter and brown sugar. Stir over low heat ~2 minutes.
Add milk, stirring until it comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and add icing sugar; beat until creamy. Add vanilla.
Cool slightly before spreading on cake.
