To meal prep: add toppings to the bottom of individual containers, top with lettuce, seal, and pack dressing separately. Dress and toss just before eating. Estimated nutrition in source includes entire dressing.
Add the dressing ingredients to a small mixing bowl, whisk to combine, and set aside. Dressing can be made several days ahead and improves as it sits.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef, and let it sear undisturbed until the bottom is browned.
Add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, season with homemade seasoned salt and pepper, and sauté until the beef is cooked through.
Scoop the browned beef onto a paper towel-lined plate to drain and cool slightly.
Divide chopped romaine among plates or bowls. Top with the cooked ground beef, sliced red onion, shredded cheddar, chopped tomatoes, and chopped dill pickles.
Drizzle with Special Sauce Salad Dressing, sprinkle sesame seeds if using, and serve.
