Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus trimmed and cut in one inch pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tins tuna drained
  • 3 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 15 soda crackers crushed
  • 1 cup cheese grated

Preparation

  1. Cook asparagus in a 9 inch casserole for 3 minutes in microwave.
  2. Combine soup and tuna in a small bowl.
  3. Spread mixture over cooked asparagus in the casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle cracker crumbs and grated cheese on top.
  5. Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
