Ingredients 227 grams salted butter softened 232 grams granulated sugar213 grams light brown sugar packed 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract2 large eggs410 grams all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon sea salt340 grams chocolate chips
Preparation Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Line three baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. Cream together butter and both sugars until combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla until light, about 1 minute. Mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Add chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed. Roll 2 to 3 tablespoons of dough at a time into balls and place them evenly spaced on prepared cookie sheets (about 1.5 to 2 inches apart). Bake in preheated oven for approximately ~10 minutes, until cookies are just barely starting to turn brown. Let cookies sit on the baking pan for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
