- 200 grams melted butter
- 175 grams brown sugar
- 85 grams white sugar
- 2 eggs with vanilla extract
- 280 grams plain flour with 1 teaspoon baking soda and salt
- 300 grams chocolate chips
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Mix melted butter with brown sugar and white sugar until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix.
- Stir in flour, baking soda and a pinch of salt until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press dough into a 24cm skillet.
- Bake at 175°C for 20-25 minutes.
- Finish with ice cream if desired.
