Ingredients

  • 1 chickpea noodles 1 box, 8 oz
  • 1 1/2 pound chicken breast, boneless & skinless
  • 25 oz marinara sauce
  • 15 oz alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  1. Pour the alfredo sauce and marinara sauce into a crock pot.
  2. Add the italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder and stir.
  3. Place the chicken breasts into the crock pot and scoop the sauce over them.
  4. Cook on high for 2-3 hours (or low for 4-5 hours) until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  5. Remove the chicken and shred, then add the shredded chicken back to the crock pot.
  6. Heat a pot of water and cook the pasta according to the box instructions; drain and add the pasta to the crock pot.
  7. Mix well, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, place the lid on the crock pot and let cook for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Stir in parmesan before serving. Enjoy!
