Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta of choice
- 2-3 tablespoon oil
- 1-2 clove garlic
- 32 ounce chicken broth
- 1/2 stick salted butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1-2 cup parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Lightly brown the garlic in oil in a saucepan.
- Add the pasta and toast for 2-3 minutes.
- Add enough chicken broth to cover the pasta.
- Cover and check frequently, adding more broth as needed, until pasta is al dente.
- Remove from heat and add the butter.
- Set aside to cool for 5 minutes.
- Add grated parmesan and parsley and stir to combine.
