Ingredients

  • 30 grams rolled oats
  • 150 grams oat milk
  • chocolate protein powder half a scoop
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 100 grams frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • salt pinch

Preparation

  1. Combine rolled oats, oat milk, chocolate protein powder, chia seeds, hemp hearts, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a jar or container.
  2. Stir to combine, then fold in frozen blueberries.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours before eating.
  4. Stir before serving and add extra milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
