Ingredients
- 30 grams rolled oats
- 150 grams oat milk
- chocolate protein powder half a scoop
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 100 grams frozen blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- salt pinch
Preparation
- Combine rolled oats, oat milk, chocolate protein powder, chia seeds, hemp hearts, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a jar or container.
- Stir to combine, then fold in frozen blueberries.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours before eating.
- Stir before serving and add extra milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
