Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Use code "proteinprincess" for 20% off
  • 1/3 cup sweetener I used truvia blend
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon light butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • almond milk Tiny splash if dough is too thick

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients of the cookies together.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden.

Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon light butter
  • 1 teaspoon SF pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia
  • cinnamon Add with salt
  • salt Add with cinnamon

Preparation

  1. While the cookies are baking, mix all your frosting ingredients in a separate bowl.
  2. Let the cookies cool, then frost and enjoy.
