- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Use code "proteinprincess" for 20% off
- 1/3 cup sweetener I used truvia blend
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon light butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- almond milk Tiny splash if dough is too thick
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients of the cookies together.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon light butter
- 1 teaspoon SF pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia
- cinnamon Add with salt
- salt Add with cinnamon
Preparation
- While the cookies are baking, mix all your frosting ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Let the cookies cool, then frost and enjoy.
