Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

x 1

Brussels sprouts with bacon are roasted with maple syrup until crispy and caramelized for a quick and easy holiday side dish with a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors.

Par-cooking the bacon first allows tossing the Brussels sprouts with rendered bacon fat for extra flavor. You can add olive oil if needed. Allow leftovers to cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in microwave or oven.
