Ingredients
- 1/2 lime medium
- 2 1/2 cups pineapple chunks frozen
- 3 ounces coconut cream well-stirred, not cream of coconut
- 2 ounces white rum
- 2 ounces simple syrup
- 1 cup ice
Preparation
- Squeeze the juice from the lime into a blender.
- Add the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, white rum, simple syrup, and ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge, frozen pineapple chunks, and/or a maraschino cherry.
