Pineapple Coconut Cocktail

Squeeze the juice from the lime into a blender.

Add the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, white rum, simple syrup, and ice.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge, frozen pineapple chunks, and/or a maraschino cherry.
