Ingredients
- 1 banana ripe
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 egg large
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- cinnamon sprinkle
- yogurt of choice
- fresh berries
- nut butter for drizzling
- honey for drizzling
Preparation
- Using a fork, mash the banana in a shallow bowl or plate.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the mashed banana and mix until combined.
- Grease a non-stick skillet with a little avocado or olive oil and warm over medium heat.
- Once warm, add the oatmeal mixture and cook until bubbles appear.
- Then using a spatula, flip and break the mixture into pieces.
- Serve with yogurt of choice, fresh berries, a drizzle of nut butter, honey and chia seeds.
