Ingredients

  • 5 cups oats rolled or instant
  • 4 tablespoons ground flax
  • 2 cups peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 1/4 cups maple syrup
  • 2/3 cups mini chocolate chips dark, plant based
  • 2/3 cups freeze dried strawberries chopped
  • salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Pour mixture into a cookie sheet with parchment paper and press down with anything available ex a liquid measuring cup
  3. Set in the fridge
  4. Cut into desirable size
  5. And enjoy!!
