brown sugar or honey

1 teaspoon
smoked paprika
1 teaspoon
turmeric
1/2 teaspoon
pepper
1/4 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon
chili powder
5 cloves
garlic
minced

olive oil
Preparation
Mix all together and marinade chicken for two days.
Dill Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup
plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon
mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
water
1 teaspoon
lemon juice
1 clove
garlic
minced
fresh dill
chopped
salt
to taste
Preparation
Mix all together.
Zhug Sauce
Ingredients
cilantro

parsley
handful
1/2 piece
jalapeno
seeded
1 clove
garlic
1 teaspoon
cumin
1/2 teaspoon
turmeric
1/3 cup
olive oil
2 tablespoons
lemon juice
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Preparation
Food process until smooth.
Pickled Radishes
Ingredients
radishes
bunch
1/2 cup
apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon
sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons
salt
1 cup
hot or warm water
Preparation
Slice radishes with mandolin.
Combine brine ingredients and pour over radishes. Let sit on counter for 1 hour, then refrigerate for up to three weeks.
Bowl Ingredients

yams
cubed and roasted with olive oil, salt and pepper
cauliflower
chopped and roasted with olive oil, salt and pepper
brown rice
cooked to instructions
tomato and cucumber salad
with green onions, cilantro, and homemade vinaigrette
Preparation
Grill chicken on the barbecue. Let rest 10 minutes and chop into bite sized pieces.
Assemble with rice, potatoes, cauliflower, radishes, and cucumber tomato salad. Drizzle sauces over top.
Serve with garlic naan or pita. Delicious.
