Oil-Free Perfect Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 3/4 cups powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoons ground ginger

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, syrup, soy sauce and ginger.
  2. Whisk while heating until blended.
  3. When heated, add powdered peanut butter slowly, whisking while adding.
  4. Keep stirring until sauce is thickened and well combined.
  5. If too thin, add more peanut butter. If too thick, add water. Adjust soy sauce or syrup to desired salty/savory or sweetness.
