Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 3/4 cups powdered peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cups soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons ground ginger
Preparation
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, syrup, soy sauce and ginger.
- Whisk while heating until blended.
- When heated, add powdered peanut butter slowly, whisking while adding.
- Keep stirring until sauce is thickened and well combined.
- If too thin, add more peanut butter. If too thick, add water. Adjust soy sauce or syrup to desired salty/savory or sweetness.
