1/2 teaspoon curry powder or to taste (We like curry, so I use 1 teaspoon Madagascar Curry)
Preparation
Combine and roll into balls.
Cook in frypan until brown, or if you have lots, bake in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, shaking the pan halfway through the cooking (for small meatballs it only takes 10 minutes or so).
Sauce
Ingredients
1 package beef bouillon low sodium if you have it
1 can pineapple chunks keep juice for sauce
1 cup sweet pepper I like red, or red/yellow/green mixed
1/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce or more if not thick enough
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Preparation
Combine, over medium heat, bouillon, pineapple juice, vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch, whisking until smooth and thick.
Add pineapple and sweet peppers.
Serve appetizer sized meatballs with the sauce in a fondue dish to keep warm.
