As a gift, this is nice bottled in heatproof wine glass.
Combine in your jelly pot: sugar, wine, orange peel, and orange juice.
Bring to a full rolling boil.
Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring.
Remove from heat and immediately stir in pectin.
Mix well.
Skim, bottle, and paraffin.
