Ingredients
- 2 cups jalapeno peppers cut-up, deseeded
- 1 tablespoon cayenne
- 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
- 6 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 certo bottle
- 1/8 teaspoon green food colouring
Preparation
- Process peppers in blender or food processor until very fine.
- Place first four ingredients in your jelly pot and bring to a rolling boil.
- Remove from heat and add certo and food colouring.
- Skim, bottle and paraffin.
