Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Preparation

  1. Stir the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  3. Fry on a hot oiled griddle, turning when the edges begin to get firm.
