- lemons zest of 1 1/2
- 1/2 cups butter
- 5 eggs whole, beaten
Preparation
- Combine and cook in double boiler.
- Will be ‘thinnish’, but will thicken in refrigerator.
- Optional: Add a bit of corn starch to the ingredients.
