Will keep in refrigerator for weeks.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • lemons juice of 4
  • lemons zest of 1 1/2
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 5 eggs whole, beaten

Preparation

  1. Combine and cook in double boiler.
  2. Will be ‘thinnish’, but will thicken in refrigerator.
  3. Optional: Add a bit of corn starch to the ingredients.
