Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons wasabi paste
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon ginger root grated fresh
- 4 filets salmon filets skin-side down, 4 ounces each
Preparation
- In a small mixing bowl combine first 7 ingredients.
- Place salmon skin-side down in a glass baking dish. Cover with the wasabi-ginger mixture.
- Cover and bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.
