1 cup
oats
blended to flour consistency
1 cup
cottage cheese
1 cup
egg whites

whole eggs
2 teaspoons
baking powder
1 teaspoon
vanilla
2 teaspoons
Truvia
Preparation
Put 1 cup of oats in blender and blend until a flour consistency.
Then add cottage cheese, egg whites, whole eggs, baking powder, vanilla, and Truvia.
Blend well.
Double this if making for everyone or to have leftovers.
