Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats blended to flour consistency
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons Truvia

Preparation

  1. Put 1 cup of oats in blender and blend until a flour consistency.
  2. Then add cottage cheese, egg whites, whole eggs, baking powder, vanilla, and Truvia.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Double this if making for everyone or to have leftovers.
