Pretty darn yum with Jes' Buffalo Chicken Sauce!

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning finely grated
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt or garlic powder + salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- oil for frying
Preparation
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk egg and milk together.
- Coat chicken (or pork) in flour mixture.
- Dredge in egg mixture and coat again in flour.
- Cook in oil on low heat until brown. Flip to other side and repeat.
- If necessary, keep warm in oven.
