Ingredients

  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups chicken chopped cooked
  • 1 green chili sauce 7 oz. can
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 15 tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese grated

Preparation

  1. Sauté onion in oil until tender.
  2. Remove from heat and add chicken, chili sauce, sour cream, and salt.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream and chicken stock.
  4. Spread chicken mixture on each tortilla, roll up, and place seam side down in shallow grease dish.
  5. Pour cream mixture over tortillas and top with cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
