Ingredients

  • pork chops boneless, butterfly or shoulder, tenderized with meat mallet
  • maggi seasoning; salt and pepper
  • flour
  • beaten egg
  • fine bread crumbs
  • butter or margarine for frying

Preparation

  1. Season pork with maggi, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dredge chops in flour, then egg, then crumbs.
  3. Melt butter or margarine in frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook one side until golden brown, careful not to burn.
  5. Flip cutlets, adding more butter to the pan.
  6. Serve with gravy, and all the other fixings for a schnitzel meal.
