baking powder
2 teaspoons
salt

cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon
cloves
1/4 teaspoon
ginger
6 tablespoons
butter
1/2 cups
pumpkin
1/2 cups
half and half
1
egg
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease baking sheet.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Using a pastry knife or a fork, cut in butter to make it crumbly.
In a separate bowl, whisk pumpkin, cream, and egg. Fold into dry ingredients.
Make dough ball. Pat and roll out into a 1 inch thick rectangle. Cut into triangles and bake for 14-16 minutes. Cool.
1st Glaze - Sugar
Ingredients

powdered sugar
1 tablespoon

2 tablespoons
whole milk
Preparation
Brush plain glaze over scones.
2nd Glaze - Spiced
Ingredients
1 cup
powdered sugar
3 tablespoons
powdered sugar
2 tablespoons
whole milk
1/4 teaspoon
cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon
nutmeg
1/8 pinch
ginger
1/8 pinch
cloves
Preparation
Once first glaze is firm, drizzle spiced glaze over scones.
