Ingredients

  • 2 cups chickpeas drained
  • 1/4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 6 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 T liquid from peas or water
  • 2 dashes Tabasco

Preparation

  1. Combine all in a food processor. Keep fairly thick - add more liquid to reach desired consistency.
