Caramel Apple Muffins

Combine dry ingredients and make a well.

Combine wet ingredients and add into well. Stir until moistened, don’t over mix.

Fill greased muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees for about 22 minutes.

For the topping, melt the butter and add sugar and cream in saucepan. Boil until thick and then dip cooked muffins into the glaze.
