Peanut Butter Fudge Puffed Rice Bars

Base

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups puffed rice cereal or any puffed cereal
  • 2/3 cups creamy nut butter of your choice (if cold/firm, heat on stovetop or microwave to soften slightly)
  • 1/3 cups melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cups maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all base ingredients in a large bowl and mix well until fully combined. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.

Topping

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups peanut butter powder (found at Body Energy Club)
  • 1/2 cups melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cups maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

  1. Mix all topping ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Spread over the base layer in the baking dish.
