Ingredients

  • 2 pound ground beef lean
  • 1 onion chopped, medium
  • 1 taco seasoning package
  • 1/4 tsp pepper ground
  • 1/4 tsp oregano dried
  • 2 tablespoons parsley fresh or dried
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 pound Monterey Jack cheese grated
  • 1 cup taco sauce medium
  • 20 flour tortilla shells

Preparation

  1. Brown beef and onion.
  2. Add seasonings and sour cream.
  3. Add half of cheese and taco sauce. Mix well.
  4. Place 2 tablespoons or more of mixture on each tortilla shell and roll.
  5. These can be eaten individually or baked in a 9x13 pan with salsa and cheese on top.
