Ingredients

  • chicken pieces family package
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 4 garlic minced, cloves
  • 1/4 cup molasses

Preparation

  1. Remove the skin from the chicken pieces.
  2. Combine all of the remaining ingredients to make a sauce.
  3. Arrange the chicken in a lightly greased 9 by 13 inch cake pan.
  4. Liberally brush the teriyaki sauce on both sides of the chicken, allowing it to accumulate on the bottom of the pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for a little over half an hour or until the chicken is cooked inside.
  6. Brush more sauce on the chicken while cooking.
  7. This recipe can also be used as a marinade, prior to cooking.
