Ingredients
- 2 hamburger lean or extra lean
- 2 potatoes
- 1 frozen veggies
- 1-2 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 French Fried Onions in canned veggie aisle
- 1 cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spread hamburger (raw) at the bottom of the glassware.
- Slice potatoes in a thin layer over top.
- Spread frozen veggies on top of potatoes (can add some spice or salt for taste here).
- Spread over cheddar cheese soup for next layer.
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
- Top casserole with fresh fried onions and grated cheddar cheese.
- Bake for about 10 more minutes.
