Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup basil fresh
  • 1/3 cup mint fresh
  • 1/3 cup cilantro fresh
  • 3 tablespoons ginger chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce (Oyster)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 green chili
  • 6 chicken breasts skinless

Preparation

  1. Process all ingredients (except chicken) in a food processor or hand blender until finely chopped.
  2. Arrange chicken in a glass baking dish. Pour marinade over top. Cover & refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  3. Grill chicken until no longer pink or cook in oven at 425F for 25-30 minutes.
