Ingredients
- chicken breasts, thighs, legs, whatever
- oil
- garlic salt
- 8 cups flour
- salt
- pepper
- flour
- salt pinch
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- water
- 1 can cream of chicken 1 can
- 1 can cream of mushroom 1 can
- chicken oxo
Preparation
- Mix garlic salt, salt/pepper, flour together in a bowl.
- Dip chicken in and fry – set aside.
- Bake chicken in oven for 1 hour.
- Mix up dough ingredients. Add enough water for a stiff dough.
- Boil a large pot of water – add salt.
- Cut small dumpling size pieces of the dough into boiling water until all of the dough is used up.
- Drain and set aside.
- Add the sauce ingredients to the frying pan that you fried the chicken in – mix over low heat.
- Add to noodles – mix.
- Serve chicken and noodles together.
