- 4 teaspoons corn oil
- 12 corn tortillas torn into bite-size pieces
- 6 eggs beaten
- salt to taste
Preparation
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry tortilla pieces in the hot skillet, stirring constantly, until just starting to get crisp.
- Pour eggs into the skillet and stir until cooked through.
- Season with salt and serve immediately.
