Add yeast, flour, and salt to warm water. Mix well and set aside in warm spot for thirty to forty minutes.
Dough will be sticky. Spread onto well oiled griddle. Brush top with olive oil, coarse salt, and rosemary. Dimple dough with fingertips. Let sit for fifteen to twenty minutes.
Bake at four hundred fifty degrees for twenty minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy! (No need to knead)
