  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill
  • 1/4 teaspoons dried dill

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 2 cups chopped cucumber
  • 1 pound fresh shrimp or fresh frozen

Preparation

  1. Garnish with fresh parsley and Greek olives.
