Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups sour cream

  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 2 1/2 cups flour

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the egg, sour cream, butter, and sugar.
  3. Add baking soda, nutmeg, and flour, mixing until well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
