Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg beaten well
  • 4 tablespoons rice flour
  • salt pinch
  • 1 almond flavoring 1 teaspoon
  • jam raspberry is best

Preparation

  1. Cream sugar and butter.
  2. Add egg. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Put a teaspoon of jam in bottom of unbaked tart shells.
  4. Spoon mixture on top.
  5. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
