Ingredients
- 1/4 cups butter
- 1 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 1 cup onion
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 liter chicken broth
- 2 cups chopped chicken meat
- 1 cup tomato
- 4 cups white beans (cooked)
- chili powder
- cumin
- oregano
- red chili flakes
- 1/2 lime
- Thai basil
- cilantro
Preparation
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add chopped red pepper, carrot, and onion; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and add chip broth.
- Add chopped chard and tomato.
- Mix in white beans and season with chili powder, cumin, oregano, and red chili flakes.
- Squeeze in lime juice and add chopped Thai basil and cilantro before serving.
