Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons lemon extract
  • 3/4 7-Up Fresh

Preparation

  1. Cream butter and sugar together.
  2. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. Add flour and lemon extract.
  4. Add 7-Up and mix well.
  5. Cook in well-oiled bunt pan at 350 degrees for 1 and 1/2 hours.
