Ingredients

  • 16 even sized mushrooms cut stalk level
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • salt
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Lightly fry mushrooms upside down in hot oil for 20 seconds.
