Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3 raspberry jello 3 oz package

Preparation

  1. Bake and cool 1 crust pie shell.
  2. Fill shell with raspberries.
  3. In a saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch, and water gradually.
  4. Cook until thick and boils.
  5. Remove from heat and add raspberry jello.
  6. Stir well, pour over raspberries in pie shell, and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Serve with whipped topping.
