Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 medium onion
  • 16 oz feta cheese 16 oz / 4 cups
  • 16 oz cream cheese 16 oz
  • 2 pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and de-watered
  • 2 cups butter
  • 4 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dill chopped
  • pepper dash
  • 2 packages frozen phyllo dough

Preparation

  1. Combine eggs, onion, and feta cheese in a cuisinart and process until smooth.
  2. Add cream cheese and process until smooth.
  3. Add and process just until blended: frozen chopped spinach, butter, parsley, dill, and pepper.
