fresh parsley
2 tablespoons
cumin
2 teaspoons
coriander
garlic

jalapeño peppers
(deseed most or will be too hot)
1 cup
vinegar
1 teaspoon
pepper
2 tablespoons
salt
2 tablespoons
tomato paste
(small)
Preparation
Take skin off tomatoes by submerging in boiling water
Chop vegetables (use food processor if you want, but not too fine).
Simmer for 1 hour until hot (15-20 minutes).
Bottle / process in canner for 35-40 minutes in hot water bath (15 minutes for pints, 20 minutes for quarts).
