Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • garlic minced (2-3 cloves)
  • ginger to taste (heaping teaspoon of dry)

Preparation

  1. Prick steak with fork. Marinate for minimum 24 hours up to several days. Turn several times so it marinates evenly each side.
  2. Broil until you like (for med-rare 6 mins a side for medium sized steak).
  3. Slice thinly on diagonal.
