(7-10 lbs, approx)

oil
1/2 cup
fresh parsley
2 tablespoon
cumin
2 teaspoon
coriander
garlic
full head

jalapeño peppers
(deseed most or will be too hot)
1 cup
vinegar
1 teaspoon
pepper
2 tablespoon
salt
2 tablespoon
tomato paste
(small)
Preparation
Chop veg. (use food processor if you want, but NOT TOO FINE)
Simmer 1 hour until hot (15-20 mins)
Bottle / process in canner 35-40 mins (hot water bath) 15 mins for pints, 20 mins for quarts.
