Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp-ish liquid smoke

Preparation

  1. Saute onion in butter
  2. add the rest and simmer
