Rhubarb Mixture

Ingredients

  • 6 cups rhubarb
  • 5 cups water

Preparation

  1. Boil together until mushy and then drain. Keep the juice part and use it with the next steps. The mushy leftover rhubarb can be thrown out as all the flavor will be in the juice you drained.

Slush Preparation

Ingredients

  • frozen orange juice concentrate 1 can
  • frozen pink lemonade 1 can
  • 1 cup sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix and cool. Pour into 1/2 litre (4 cup) containers or freezer bags and freeze. To serve add 2 parts 7up/Sprite to 1 part slush.
